호텔리오(Hotelio) 계정 및 데이터 삭제

1. 앱 안에서 삭제하기

게임을 실행할 수 있다면 아래 경로에서 바로 계정과 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.

1. 게임을 실행합니다.
2. 설정(Settings)으로 이동합니다.
3. 계정 및 클라우드 저장(Account & Cloud Save)을 선택합니다.
4. 계정 및 데이터 삭제(Delete account & data)를 선택합니다.
5. 안내 문구를 확인하고 삭제를 확정합니다. 삭제는 즉시 처리되며 취소할 수 없습니다.

2. 삭제되는 정보

• 기기에 저장된 게임 진행 데이터(저장 파일, 호텔·재화·설정 등)
• 로그인 계정: Firebase 인증 사용자(게스트 계정 ID)와 연결된 Google 계정 정보(식별자·이메일·이름)
• Google Play 게임즈 클라우드 저장 데이터(로그인한 경우)
• Firebase 설치 ID 및 그에 연결된 분석·오류 보고 식별자
• 초대 설치 리퍼러(초대 코드) 기록

3. 보관될 수 있는 정보

다음 정보는 관련 법령이나 서비스 운영상 이유로 계정·데이터 삭제 후에도 일정 기간 보관될 수 있습니다. 자세한 보관 기간은 개인정보처리방침을 참고해 주세요.

• Google Play를 통한 구매(결제) 기록 — 관련 법령(전자상거래법 등)에 따라 Google Play가 보관
• 삭제 시점 이전에 수집되어 이미 통계적으로 집계된(개인을 식별할 수 없는) 분석 데이터
• 부정 이용 방지 등을 위해 Google AdMob 등 외부 서비스가 자체 정책에 따라 보관하는 정보

4. 앱을 사용할 수 없는 경우 (이메일 요청)

게임을 설치·실행할 수 없는 경우에도 이메일로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

1. gamenexper@gmail.com으로 이메일을 보냅니다.
2. 제목에 "계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청"을 적어 주세요.
3. 본문에 게임 내 설정 화면에 표시되는 플레이어 ID를 반드시 포함해 주세요(식별을 위해 필요합니다).
4. 요청을 받은 날로부터 30일 이내에 처리하고, 처리 결과를 이메일로 안내합니다.

1. Delete in the app

If you can run the game, you can delete your account and data directly using the steps below.

1. Open the game.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Account & Cloud Save.
4. Select Delete account & data.
5. Review the confirmation message and confirm deletion. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

2. What gets deleted

• Game progress data stored on your device (save file, hotel, currency, settings, etc.)
• Your sign-in account: the Firebase Authentication user (guest account ID) and the linked Google account data (identifier, email, name)
• Your Google Play Games cloud save (if you were signed in)
• The Firebase installation ID and the analytics/crash-reporting identifiers linked to it
• Your invite install-referrer (invite code) record

3. What may be retained

The following information may be retained for a period after your account and data are deleted, as required by law or for service operation. See our Privacy Policy for retention periods.

• Purchase (payment) records made through Google Play — retained by Google Play under applicable law (e.g., Korean e-commerce consumer protection law)
• Aggregated, anonymous analytics data that was already summarized before deletion and can no longer identify you
• Information retained by third-party services such as Google AdMob under their own policies, e.g. for fraud prevention

4. If you can't use the app (email request)

If you cannot install or run the game, you can still request deletion by email.

1. Email gamenexper@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line "Account & Data Deletion Request."
3. Include the player ID shown on the in-game Settings screen (needed to identify your data).
4. We will process the request within 30 days of receipt and confirm by email when complete.
